Views
Open the part or assembly for which you want to generate a drawing
New > Make Drawing from Part/Assembly
Use the View palette to drag and drop standard views
The default is first angle projection
RMB > Properties on the sheet in the graphics area to access the general setup
Pick on a view > pick the Projected View tool for subsequent views
Pick on a view for it’s properties
Dimensions
Use the Annotation tab > Smart Dimension to create dimensions in a similar fashion to the sketching environment.
BOM
Annotation tab > Table > Bill of materials > pick a view
Set up the BOM, once you click the tick the table can be placed, pick on the table to edit
Annotation tab > Auto Balloon to add balloon labels from the table
